If your not sure where to start, Waterford Builders can guide you through the planning permission, if needed and we can advise you on the design and lay out of the extension or sun-room, through to the finished project. If you have plans already drawn up we would be happy to discuss them with you. We will work with you the client, at all stages, keeping you informed and consult with you throughout the build to completion.

If the extension or sun-room you wish to build does not exceed 40sqm there is the possibility that no planning permission will be required. We will be able to advise you on this also. Waterford builders offer the client the complete package for your new extension or sun-room. This ensures that you have one point of contact.
